1.1This form is a checklist is to be used by product certification bodies / laboratories applying for the joint ANSI/ACLASS accreditation under ISO/IEC Guide 65 / ISO/IEC 17025 and ISASecure EDSA Certification Program requirements. It shall be filled out by applicant CBs / laboratories during the application process and by accredited CBs / laboratories during the surveillances and reassessments.
